To help us identify the property you are looking for, please describe :

- The minimum number of bedrooms required
- General setting/environment (village, town, countryside, isolated, etc.)
- The essential attributes and characteristics of the property
- Attributes and features you absolutely don’t want !
- Your geographical preferences
- Your budget (excluding notary fees, which are generally around 7.25%)
- Whether you are open to renovation work or not at all !
- Timeframe for acquisition (0-3 months, 0-6 months, 6-12 months)
