In the event of completion of the transaction with a buyer presented by the agent or a substitute agent or directed towards him, the latter will be entitled to remuneration set according to the choice below. The Agent’s remuneration is payable by the vendor or buyer depending on the type of mandate signed.
1. National Fee Schedule in force as from 9th April 2022
In accordance with the decree of 26 January 2022, which amended the decree of 10 January 2017, the fees set out below are the maximum fees for services offered for transactions with a simple or exclusive mandate and with remuneration payable by the vendor or purchaser.
Please note that :
Agency fees include property search, communication, visits, mediation, negotiation, administrative support and assistance through to the final deed of sale.
The commission rate includes VAT at the current rate. Remuneration including VAT will be charged to the client (buyer or vendor in accordance with the mandate).
In the event of delegation of a mandate, the applicable fees are those of the agency that received the initial mandate.
2. Fee schedule for « Search Mandates» in force as from 01 septembre 2022
Please note that if the property is found directly, so no other intermediary such as a partner agency, the applicable fee schedule will be the same as the national fee schedule mentioned above.
If the property found depends on a sales mandate with an existing partner agency (or independent agent), or a new partner, the applicable fee will be based on the sharing of the intermediary agency’s or agent’s fees with a minimum according to the schedule below. In the very rare case that an agency refuses to share the fees, the fee structure will be as per the minimum below in addition to the other agency’s or agent’s fee.
