There are, of course, networks of “property hunters”, but they are not to be confused with the specific, specialist craftsmanship of a true “Expert Property Angel” who remains perfectly independent, non-exclusive and provides tailor-made solutions – just like you.
Provence Property Angels covers mainly the Vaucluse, but also the eastern Gard (from Beaucaire to Uzès), the southern Drôme Provençale and the northern Bouches du Rhône (Noves, Eyrages, Saint-Rémy de Provence, etc.). We are actively seeking owners who will entrust us with the sale of their property thanks to our independent, very personalized and highly professional approach. We offer, so free of charge, a comprehensive listings package both in France and abroad.
You are in direct contact with these owners and in exchange for obtaining their agreement to be called by one of our Property Angels, we undertake, if we complete the sale, to pay you 10% of our share of the fees excluding VAT. All you have to do is give us the name and telephone number of the person you spoke to about us, and after validation, that person will be assigned to you. On the day of the sale, even if it takes place much later, you will be automatically informed and payment will be made by bank transfer as soon as we receive the funds from the notary. It’s as simple as that to get a nice bonus !
