Three Ways Of Working Together
Three Types Of Mandate Are Open To You :
1. Under an EXCLUSIVE SALE MANDATE, you entrust us with the sale on an exclusive basis. This exclusivity means that :
- During the term of the mandate, you may not grant a sales mandate to another intermediary and will refrain from negotiating directly or indirectly for the sale of the property. Furthermore, you are obliged to refer any viewing requests and offers communicated to you directly or indirectly to Provence Property Angels. We will validate their interest and manage any viewings and any offers / negotiations.
- Additionally, should you really trust someone trying to go behind the backs of our Expert Property Angels who are totally committed to protecting your interests ?!
- Statistically speaking, Exclusive Mandates sell quicker and at better prices. That is worth taking into account !
2. Under a SEMI-EXCLUSIVE SALE MANDATE, you entrust the sale to us on an exclusive basis, but retain the right to sell it yourself. This semi-exclusivity means that :
- You may not grant a sales mandate to another intermediary
- For a certain period of time, as stipulated in the mandate, after the expiry or revocation of the mandate, you will refrain from dealing directly or indirectly with any buyer that we may have introduced to you via our services or those of our partner agencies and independent partner agents.
3.Under a SIMPLE SALE MANDATE, you entrust us with the sale on a non-exclusive basis. You retain the right to conclude one or more other non-exclusive sales mandates with other intermediaries, or to sell on your own. A simple mandate means that :
- For a certain period, as stipulated in the mandate, after the expiry or revocation of the mandate, you will refrain from dealing directly or indirectly with any buyer we have introduced to you via our services or those of our partner agencies and independent partner agents.
