We’ll find the right property for you from among the thousands of properties available through our partner agencies and agents. We will first check that these properties are still available for sale, validate the constraints and criteria that we have pre-established together, and organize a program of visits that will be rich in emotions !
In particular, we share with our partner agencies and agents the fees that are already included in the advertised price. So there are no surcharges, no additional costs on our part, and no last minute bad surprises !
- We can find properties that interest you on a “direct-owner” basis, thanks to a “Search Mandate”. We will first check that these properties are still available for sale, validate the constraints and criteria that we have pre-established together, check the property’s characteristics and try to discover any anomalies or annoyances. Then, if everything seems to be fully coherent, we will integrate these properties into the viewing program.
